All of my classes focus predominantly on the breath and always end in a deep relaxation allowing you to totally immerse yourself in your practice.
We run group classes at the Harpenden Cricket Pavilion which has beautiful views over looking the common.
Once you sign up to a term we offer the flexibility to swap between our weekly classes meaning you have ample opportunity to use your classes and should not miss out on any yoga practice.
