Indigo yoga offers 2 very different yet complimentary styles of practice.
Yoga is a great way to improve your endurance in other physical activities. After a run, or heavy workout, yoga will help your body relax while stretching, strengthening, and lengthening the muscles you were just working on. Indigo Mellow classes are perfect for this.
Yoga not only helps improve your body, but also helps with mindfulness and meditation. It is important to take a break from daily life in order to focus on yourself and get clarity. . All of my classes focus predominantly on the breath and always end in a deep relaxation allowing you to totally immerse yourself in your practice.
I am very excited and proud to have completed my 500-hour teacher training and cannot wait to share my passion for yoga with others. In my classes I love to combine creative sequencing, a spirit of playfulness and a dose of inspiration to help you deepen your practice. I run group classes at Harpenden Cricket Pavilion, Harpenden Common 3 times a week. If group classes aren't for you, I am more than happy to bring the yoga to you!
